2. Produce Chinese labels that meet the requirements of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Quarantine Bureau) based on the product information provided by foreign shippers.

3. The business unit applies for an automatic import license. (See Beijing Business Network Service Window No. 18)

1) If the goods imported by the enterprise belong to the record management of bulk agricultural products, they must first go to the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, Animals and Animals for the record.

2) The enterprise uses the electronic key of the unit to log in to the license management platform of the Quota License Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, enter the automatic import license issuance system, and enter the entire contents of the “Automatic Import License Application Form” on the Internet. 3) The Foreign Trade Operation Department of the Commerce Commission conducts preliminary examination and review (special commodity report to the Ministry of Commerce for review).

4) After the review, the enterprise prints the “Automatic Import License Application Form” and affixes the official seal, together with other materials to be submitted, to the Administrative Service Center of the Commercial Committee, and prints the “Automatic Import License” on the registration form. 5) Submit the application form together with the materials and licenses to the Foreign Trade Office for review and signature, and affix the "Automatic Import License" special seal.

6) The enterprise will take the licenses 1-3, and the 4th joint will be returned to the Administrative Services Service Center of the Commission for Archives together with the application form and materials.

7) Processing time limit: 5 working days

3.进口食品化妆品验收制度、缺陷食品召回和货物流向管理制度等质量安全管理制度；

4.自理报检，须提供自理报检单位备案登记证明书复印件并交验正本；

5.外地收货人如委托代理报检单位提出申请，须提交相关委托证明；

6.仓储库房平面图、明材料或租赁合同。

二、依据国外发货商提供的产品信息制作符合出入境检验检疫局（以下简称检疫局）要求的中文标签。

1）国外发货商提供产品清晰完整的正标、背标图片，以及明确以下产品信息：

品名；品牌；橄榄果采摘年份；酸度；反式脂肪酸含量；原产国；贮藏方法；生产商；国内总经销商；生产日期；保质期；净含量；营养成分等。

2）中文标签制作须参照《2011年标签通则》；

3）国外发货商须在发货前将设计好的中文标签贴在产品瓶壁上。

三、经营单位申办自动进口许可证。（参看北京商务网办事窗口18号）

1）企业所进口的商品属于大宗农产品备案管理的，要先到《中国食品土畜进出口商会》进行备案。

2）企业使用本单位电子钥匙，登录商务部配额许可证事务局许可证管理平台，进入自动进口许可证发证系统，网上录入《自动进口许可证申请表》的全部内容，经检查无误后，点击发送到商务委。

3）商务委外贸运行处进行初审、复审（特殊商品报商务部复审）。

4）复审通过后，企业打印《自动进口许可证申请表》并加盖公章，连同其他应提交的材料，报送商务委行政事务服务中心，打印《自动进口许可证》，在领证登记本上登记并签字。

5）将申请表与材料及许可证一并报送外贸运行处审核、签字，加盖"自动进口许可证"专用章。

6）企业将许可证第1-3联取走，第4联与申请表及材料一并退回商务委行政事务服务中心存档。

7）办理时限：5个工作日

注：如北京商务委规定有变动，以实时规定为准

四、如果产品外包装含木质包装，确保每个木制包装上至少有两个熏蒸标识。

5.植物检疫（国外官方提供）

6.卫生证附表（一式三份）

7.盖正本公章的进口食品清单六份

8.盖正本公章的预包装食品承诺书两份

9.盖正本公章的入区保

10.盖正本公章的经营单位营业执照副本复印件两份

11.标签：报检用中文标签样张三份，其中两份盖正本公章；翻译标签三份，其中两份盖正本公章；报关用中英文标签在一页上，后附翻译件，共一套即可

****纸质标签正标内容要与瓶上的正标内容一致。中文标签条形码要与瓶上背标的条形码一致。
